It is on three floors and it is elegantly furnished. The entrance has a beautiful marble staircase, a wardrobe and a guest bathroom. From there you walk in a grandiose double living room with a fireplace and big glass windows which overlooks the garden. In the dining room there are trompe l’oeil paintings which give you the idea of dining in the garden.
The large kitchen is very airy and bright thanks to the big glass windows and fully equipped.
The marble staircase is equipped with a chair lift system for people with walking difficulties.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms: the master bedroom has a king size bedroom and a large bathroom with shower and bath tub. The second bedroom has two single beds and an ensuite bathroom. Both rooms have access to a fascinating terrace that runs all around the house. The access to the terrace is also possible through a corridor to protect guests’ privacy.
There is also a mezzanine floor with three single beds, perfect for teenagers or children. On the same floor there is a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer.
On the second floor there is a bedroom with 2 single beds and an ensuite bathroom.
The Villa is provided with all the comforts: independent heating system, air conditioning, wi-fi and staff available for 2 hours daily. Staff lives in a nearby house so as not to violate guests’ privacy.
In the garden there is a dining table for pleasurable dinners while admiring the breathtaking view.
