The villa is on two floors and it is and it is very comfortable and finely refurbished.
On the ground floor there is a master double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a large and cozy living room with big glass windows which overlooks the garden and the patio giving you the impression of being outside, and a large and fully equipped kitchen.
On a mezzanine floor there is a one small bedroom with a single bed and a small bathroom, ideal for a child or for staff.
On the basement there are two large bedrooms both with single beds and an ensuite bathroom and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
The villa has every comfort you might need: heating, air conditioning, wi-fi, parking spaces, a daily concierge and cleaning staff available two hours three times a week.
